Group Registration

The following information may be helpful with multiple registrations. For security purposes, this registration system will only accept a credit card payment for the first registration, but not for subsequent registrations on the same credit card for the same amount within a 24-hour period. The following procedure is recommended to facilitate group registrations.

1. Register all of the individuals' information, but disregard the payment portion. Please use the registrant's email address when registering them. You will be able to use your email address when entering in the credit card payment.

2. Once all of the individuals have been registered, we will create a mass registration and link it to one of the registrant's information.

3. We will send you the payment link to forward to the appropriate individual.

4. Once the payment has been made we will mark each registrant as paid and will create a custom status showing that they have paid by group registration.

Credit Card: Please have a credit card ready. The last step will take you to TouchNet for the credit card payment. Please note: For security purposes, the same credit card can only be used once for the same amount in a 24-hour period.

Check: Select Check and proceed (do not provide any credit card information). After your registration is completed, please forward your registration email(s) to Aurelia Crider (aurelia.w.crider@ttu.edu) for an invoice. Once the check has been received and processed, an email will be sent to the attendee(s) confirming payment as complete.

Refund Policy

The deadline to cancel registration and to receive a refund minus $50.00 administrative fee is September 19, 2022. Cancellations requested after September 19 will not be eligible for a refund.
